What is LeadKites, in one sentence?
LeadKites answers every enquiry for your roofing business in 60 seconds, chases every quote and brings in low-cost leads, all done for you.
Who is it for?
Owner-operator roofers in Australia with a crew of about 2-15, doing jobs worth $5,000 or more, who miss calls and lose quotes because they're busy on the tools. We start with NSW, VIC and QLD.
Is it an app?
You get one app on your phone, but you're not buying an app. You're buying the work: we set it up, write the messages, connect everything and keep it running.
Do you only work with roofers?
Yes, for now. Doing one trade properly means the messages, scripts and websites are built for roofing, not "any business".
Results and promises
How many leads or jobs will I get?
We don't promise numbers. Anyone who does is guessing. We promise the work and the speed: 60-second replies, quotes chased 5 times, every Lead Plan task done, live in 7 working days.
What do you guarantee?
Live in 7 working days or your next month is free. The Sprint books at least one inspection or you get your $497 back. Every enquiry gets a reply within 60 seconds.
Do you have case studies?
We're new, so not yet, and we won't fake them. That's why the Sprint has a money-back promise. Real results go on our Results page with roofers' permission.
Pricing and contracts
How much does it cost?
Sprint $497 one-off. Foundation $397/month + $997 setup. Growth $997/month + $1,997 setup, website free. Growth Plus $1,397/month + ad and print spend. AI voice +$300/month. All AUD, plus GST.
Am I locked in?
Foundation is month to month with 30 days' notice. Growth and Growth Plus are 12 months because the $3,500 website is included free.
Is the setup fee refundable?
No. Setup is real work done upfront, and it's what lets us guarantee 7 working days.
Are there extra costs?
SMS and call usage at cost plus 30%. On Lead Plan Plus, ad spend and printing at cost. That's it.
Any discounts?
Two: pay a year upfront and get 2 months free, or join through a partner coach for 50% off setup (first 10 members per coach).
Setup and using it
How long does setup take?
7 working days for the Engine. 14 working days for a website.
What do I have to do?
One 30-minute call, a 10-minute form and your old quotes. Then reply to messages, and mark quotes sent and jobs won in the app.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Missed calls forward to your LeadKites number, which sends the text back. Your customers keep ringing the number they know.
Will it work with hipages, ServiceM8 or Tradify?
Yes. hipages alerts come into your inbox so you reply first. ServiceM8 and Tradify keep running your jobs.
Do I own my data?
Yes. Your contacts, conversations, domain and ad accounts are yours. If you leave, we give you an export.
SMS, privacy and the rules
Is it legal to text my customers?
Replies to people who contacted you are fine. Marketing texts, like old-quote reactivation or storm offers, only go to people who already know you or have agreed, always with your business name and Reply STOP. We set it up that way for you.
What's this about SMS sender IDs?
Since 1 July 2026, branded sender names on texts must be registered with ACMA, or they show as "Unverified". We register yours in setup.
Our team
Are you an Australian company?
No. Our team works from overseas, on Australian business hours. That's how we deliver done-for-you work at about half the price of a local agency. Your number, your customers and your results are local.
What if something breaks?
Message your WhatsApp group. We reply within 4 business hours, and within 1 hour if something's broken.
I'm a business coach. How do I partner?
