How many old quotes do I need?
20 is enough to start. More is better. Quotes from the last 12 to 24 months work best.
Is it legal to message old quotes?
These people asked you for a quote, so you already have a relationship with them. Every message carries your business name and an easy way to opt out (Reply STOP), and anyone who opts out is never messaged again.
Will it annoy my customers?
The messages are short, friendly and spaced out. No hard sell. Anyone who isn't interested can say so once and that's the end of it.
What counts as an "inspection booked"?
A customer from your old quotes who books a time for you to look at the job, re-quote or talk it through, using the booking link or by replying to arrange one.
Do I have to sign up to anything after?
