What texts you'll get from us, who they come from, and how to stop them.
What you're agreeing to
When you give us your mobile number on our website or forms, you agree that LeadKites can send you text messages about:
- Your enquiry, audit or booking (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups)
- Your account and our services, if you're a client
- Occasional updates, tips and offers for roofers
Who the messages come from
Every message is identified as coming from LeadKites, using our registered sender name or number.
How often
It depends on what you've asked for. Booking and enquiry messages go when they're needed. Marketing messages are occasional.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message and we stop sending you marketing messages. We action opt-outs straight away, and always within 5 working days as the law requires. You may still get messages you need about an active booking or account, unless you ask us to stop those too.
Costs
We don't charge you to receive our messages. Your mobile provider's normal charges may apply.
Messages we send for our clients
If you're a customer of a roofing business that uses LeadKites, messages come from that business, in their name. To stop them, reply STOP to the message or contact the business directly.
