What if someone leaves a bad review?
It happens to every business. We'll help you reply calmly and professionally. A good reply to a bad review often wins more trust than another five-star.
Can I only ask my happy customers?
No, and you shouldn't want to. Google's rules don't allow it, and if you do great work, most customers will say so anyway.
Can you get rid of bad reviews?
Only Google can remove reviews, and only if they break Google's rules, like fake or offensive reviews. We can help you flag those. Nobody can legitimately make honest reviews disappear.
Facebook reviews too?
Requests go to Google, because that's what drives Maps. Facebook reviews still land in your inbox so you can reply.
