Privacy policy

LeadKites ("we", "us") is a trading name of LeadKites LLC. Our registered office details are available on request. We provide enquiry answering, quote follow-up, website and lead services to roofing businesses in Australia. Our team works from outside Australia. Contact: privacy@leadkites.com.

From you: name, business name, mobile number, email, suburb, ABN, information about your business you share on calls or forms, and payment details (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us).

When you browse: basic technical information our hosting provider logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure. This site does not currently use analytics or advertising pixels. If we add them, we will update this policy first.

For our clients' customers: when we run services for a roofing business, we process their customers' details (such as name, number, address and job details) on that roofer's behalf. The roofer is responsible for having the right to share them, and we only use them to provide the service.

Only providers who help us run our services, such as our software, messaging, phone, email, payment and hosting providers, and our partner coaches where you joined through them (limited to your package, status and commission details, never your business data). We don't sell personal information.

Our team works outside Australia and some of our providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. Ask us for the current list of providers and countries. We take reasonable steps to make sure overseas recipients handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We use access controls, strong passwords, two-factor authentication where available, encrypted connections and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

As long as we need it to provide our services and meet our legal and tax obligations. Then we delete or de-identify it.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@leadkites.com. We respond within 30 days. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and of emails by clicking unsubscribe.

This site doesn't set tracking cookies. Your browser may store small technical files to make pages load faster. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

If you have a privacy concern, email privacy@leadkites.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
