Storm-day checklist

- 01Check the hit suburbs: BOM warnings, local Facebook groups, your own past jobs map.
- 02Text past customers in those suburbs (people who already know you) with a free roof check booking link, your business name and Reply STOP.
- 03Post a short, calm update on your Google Business Profile and Facebook: you're taking storm calls, how to book, what to do with an active leak.
- 04Triage every call: water coming in now, damage but dry, or just want a check. Book urgent ones first.
- 05Take before photos on every inspection. They help the customer's insurance claim and become your next posts.
- 06Follow up every storm quote within 24 hours. Storm customers get several quotes fast.
