Do I need a new phone number?
You get an Australian business number for texting and call tracking. You can keep your own mobile and forward unanswered calls to it, so customers still ring the number they know.
Will customers know it's automated?
Messages are written in your voice and sent from your business. The assistant never pretends to be a person and hands over to you for anything it can't answer, like prices.
What does the AI voice receptionist do?
